Order Tracking

You will receive an email with a tracking number after your order ships.

Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned due to undeliverability, we will contact you. Reshipment may incur additional shipping costs.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Please contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date. We will cooperate with the carrier to investigate.
